These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BreathEasy Web Design website and services. By accessing our site or signing up for a free demo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

BreathEasy Web Design provides website design, search engine optimization, e-commerce setup, and related digital services. Pricing is outlined on our Pricing page and subject to project scope.

2. Free Demo

We offer a free demo website preview before any payment is required. The demo is a working multi-page preview of your potential website and is not a complete, delivered website until a project agreement is signed and payment is processed.

3. Payments

Setup fees and recurring monthly fees are listed on our Pricing page. Billing begins after the client approves the demo and agrees to move forward. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Client-provided content, logos, and trademarks remain the property of the client. Upon final payment, BreathEasy grants the client a license to use the custom website design and code we create for them, excluding third-party software and stock assets subject to their own licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

BreathEasy Web Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
